We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive networking event by Inspirage and Oracle in collaboration with Plan, focusing on how to transform your Sales & Operations Planning Processes. We will explore real world examples and use cases on how companies have been able to take their S&OP processes to the next level against Gartner’s maturity model. We will examine the different elements of successful transformations as well as identify typical pitfalls. We will also discuss the role of technology in these transitions and demonstrate successful ways of utilizing technology for modern S&OP.
Professor Patrik Jonsson from Chalmers University of Technology will join us and share a very recent study conducted in the Nordic countries.

They come from the Business side (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement), from the IT side (CIO, Technical IT) and from Finance (CFO).
