Geert Deschoolmeester, Sales Director, Inspirage 

Geert joined Inspirage in March 2022 as a Sales Director bringing over 20 years of experience in IT solution sales, working with major companies across Europe. When building his business cases, he’s always focused on customer satisfaction and makes sure the outcome is contributing to the customer’s objectives.

Ashwin Rao, Practice Director, Inspirage

Ashwin is a Practice Director with the International Logistics Management practice within Inspirage. He has more than 18 years of experience in the Oracle ecosystem across a wide variety of products and solutions and has played a variety of roles over his career including implementation consultant, solution architect, project manager, and program manager, helping customers realize their business goals.

Heiko Zintgraf, Director Sales Manufacturing, Oracle

Heiko is a passionate sales leader and solution expert with many years of experience in sales leadership, people management, and digital transformation projects for large enterprises from different industries. At Oracle, Heiko is leading the German sales organization for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM, HCM, CX) for the Manufacturing and Automotive industry.

Jürgen Hindler, Senior BD Manager – Supply Chain Management, Oracle 

Jürgen has been involved in supply chain optimisation projects for over 25 years in various industries and in various management positions. At Oracle, he is responsible for the business development of the Supply Chain Suite in Germany.

Dr. Martin Schwemmer, Managing Director, BVL 

Dr. Schwemmer is the Managing Director of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik e. V., responsible for marketing, digital and innovation areas and a member of the German Logistics Expert Committee “Summit of Logistics Wise Men.” Since 2011 he has been the author of the series of studies “The Top 100 in Logistics”, which has become the standard work for describing and analyzing the logistics industry. He also published the book “Logistik-Start-ups” (Springer Verlag) as a co-editor at the end of 2021.
