Master Production Scheduling Workbench for ASCP

April 23, 2015 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Please join Inspirage experts, Dana Homonek and Andrew Bargeron, for a webinar where they discuss Master Production Scheduling for ASCP.

Manufacturing Operations groups often struggle with the sheer volume of parts they have to plan and produce. While focused on decisions of what to supply at the SKU level, stepping back to consider the high level evaluation of the organizational capability is often not considered. While the need to do master planning is as strong as ever, system support to perform quick evaluations of the feasibility to execute one or more schedules has traditionally been very poor.

Session Agenda

During this session, Inspirage’s Dana Homonek will discuss how you can use the Inspirage MPS Workbench to manage bottleneck resources and set production rates for robust, real-time Master Production Scheduling and Integrated Business Planning. Andy Bargeron will then share a live demo of this innovative solution and show how you can:

  • Manage bottleneck resource using simple level load technique
  • Set quantity-based production rates
  • Have visibility to multiple critical resources in single view
  • Understand how plant is loaded at aggregate level

We are pleased to invite you to attend this webcast and look forward to answering any questions in addition to the material presented.
