How Catalina Marketing Successfully Migrated to Oracle EPM Cloud

Our customer, Catalina Marketing, had taken such steps in evaluating the next move with their on-premise Hyperion system and ultimately felt upgrading to the Oracle EPM Cloud was what was needed.

In this session, we will dive into what decisions Catalina faced and what solutions they deployed with Oracle’s EPM Cloud Enterprise offering, specifically Enterprise Planning Budgeting Cloud (EPBC) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMC). He has a range of expertise in Hyperion solutions including, Planning, Essbase, HPCM, HFM, OBIEE, IDI and DRM. Jaget’s career experience includes development, consulting, architecting and management roles in healthcare, banking, financial and marketing industries.

Vince Tran, EPM Senior Practice Director, Inspirage

Vince Tran has 24+ years of both corporate and consulting experience with strong concentration and success in enterprise wide implementation and project management including 16+ years of Hyperion specific experience. Vince has personally overseen, architected and implemented Enterprise Performance Management Systems for numerous companies in a wide range of industries.

Ash Vuyyuru, Senior Manager, Inspirage

Ash has over 13 plus years of experience working with the Oracle EPM suite of products. His experience varies from design and developing solutions to leading and managing projects with specific emphasis on budgeting, forecasting and reporting solutions. Ash also has expertise in installations and migrations of on-prem EPM applications and has worked on multiple ETL tools including ODI, DIM, HAL and FDMEE. He is experienced in all phases of the project from requirements gathering to design to delivery and to training the users. Ash has a solid history of working with PBCS, on-prem Planning, Essbase ASO Cubes, BSO Cubes, EIS and Essbase Studio. His background with Planning includes Financial, Workforce, CapEX, Operational and Revenue Models.
