Megan Rodriguez, International Logistics Specialist, Land O’Lakes
Megan has over 10 years of international trade experience in the agribusiness and utility automation industries. In her current role as International Logistics specialist at Land O’Lakes, she provides support to ERP order management users and OTM/GTM cloud international logistics users. She initiates and leads projects, including Kaizen events, to optimize supply chain processes and was the change manager for the GTM implementation.
Brian Oswald, Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Land O’Lakes
Brian has over twenty years of IT experience and is currently working as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Land O’Lakes. Recent work experience includes several large projects which included a Logistics Cloud (OTM/GTM) migration/implementation, JD Edwards implementation/upgrade, and migrating business applications to various SaaS providers. The majority of his experience in IT has been in Supply Chain, with a focus on warehousing, transportation, and order management.
Carrie Kaup, Transportation Systems Analyst, Land O’Lakes
As Transportation Systems Analyst at Land O’Lakes, Carrie provides OTM Support to end users and business maintenance of the application. Over the last 10 years, she has led and supported numerous projects and initiatives to increase efficiency across Land O’Lakes’ supply chain including an OTM on-prem upgrade, FourKites implementation, an OTM Cloud Migration + GTM Implementation and countless EDI setups with carrier partners. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the OTM SIG (part of the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group).
Jim Palmisano, Regional Manager, Department of Defense Applications, Oracle
Jim Palmisano is a successful enterprise sales executive with over 20 years of proven sales experience. As a retired USAF Colonel with 29 years of service, Jim’s seasoned sales experience is coupled with extensive military experience and success. His role at Oracle includes supporting the Department of Defense on their digital transformation from CONUS out to the tactical edge.
