Damon joined Flagstar Bank in 2019 and has over 10 years of Financial Systems Administration experience, with nine years exclusively in the banking sector. He manages the Flagstar Financial Systems team with primary responsibility for supervising the financial systems application administration, system’s design, and solution implementations.  Damon firmly believes that properly designed and fully utilized applications provide efficiency and productivity gains for the organization.  He sees the future of finance work embedded in powerful analytical tools and targeted artificial intelligence applications.
